This sold as KM90 is like a flattened and even more compact non-curved U17.
I have no idea who the manufacturer is.
Actual measurements with a calliper yields a 35.5×30.75mm display (1.85″) in a very compact 40.5×34.2mm body. With a 39.0×33.7mm glass it offers really thin bezels and hence a 77% display coverage (and 83% of the glass).
So side bezels are a mere 2.2mm (1.5mm under the glass) sideways, and 2.5mm top/bottom (1.8mm under the glass). And that is really good in 2025!
The 6.9mm outside the ø20 mm protrusion, and 8.1mm at the protrusion makes it one of the thinnest ones also!
It uses the H-band app just like the U17, and that is not the worst out there. It is the same screen-size and chip as the U17 too, though the 180mAh battery is 22% less than the U17.
In many way it is a thinner version of the U17

It charges with a mere 100A at 50%. And seems to be reducing already, 90mA at 75%, and 5mA at 89%…, I do not (yet) know what it charges with when depleted, but the 160 from the specs seems likely.
It comes in four colour variants

The case edge is slightly more straight than this rendering might indicate, but it does not feel boxy.
The case weighs in at just 16.56g less band.
It uses standard 20mm bands. And has the same clever band attachments as the U17, allowing it to go anywhere from straight out for large wrists to straight down for tiny wrists.
Though it looks like a rotary crown it actually just is a disproportionally huge push button (2.0mm×ø5.1mm) somewhat messing up the nice discrete design. Had they at the least put it at the center like a proper watch it would have helped.
It offers no setting to flip the display for wearing on the right arm though. (that would have made the off centre button placement look even more odd)
From the first night I see it gets the overall sleep length right, but the ‘details’ claimed are just gibberish looking a lot like what I got from the U17 in the sleep test here.
Having just received it and updated the dimensions and a little text above, more will follow over Christmas. I had planned to test and use it more, but ended focussing more on the KM70, sorry…

Hello and greetings from Germany! Over the past couple of days I have searched for a thin and compact "smartwatch" for my wife and have stumbled upon this blog from one of your reddit comments. First of all, I want to say THANK YOU for the amount of time and detail you put into your reviews, it was really pleasant to read your opinions on the various devices you have tested! From what I have read on here, I have narrowed down the selection to what seems like your four most liked devices, the H06, U17, KM70 and KM90. I understand that there is no "one best device" that fits all needs and wishes and every advantage of one device always carries along a downside in some other regard. I want to share my thoughts on these devices and may ask some questions, so if you have the time to spare I would greatly appreciate your advice 🙂 If I understood correctly, the KM90 is basically the same as the U17 but in a more compact case, coming at the expense of some battery life. Am I correct to assume that picking one of these two (KM90 and U17) can… Read more »
Sorry overlooked this post, that somehow went into moderation queue, only found it today as I changed from Discus to WpDiscuz to get rid of ads for those not using an adblocker also…
It is not that GloryFitPro is a good app, but it seems that the watches using it are better – i guess it is a matter of the chip-set & OS they use.that are better, and that is associated with this app.
And I agree with your conclusions on the similarities and differences
