I wore five devices two nights and four the next three, on what ended up with some unusual nights, and below the results.
I normally always sleep like a rock, but one night not so! And the night before I went to bed late (even for me)
Unusual is nice for tests, so AI fakes just don’t invent stuff!!!
But it just happened to be while wearing multiple devices for tests, so an excellent opportunity to do a test.
The devices in question I all reviewed in here: T8Ultra, H06, U17, ER08 (and R13)
They all do a quite good job at detecting the sleep periods, and even catching when I doze of in a chair and awake periods, but like for so many other devices, I would suggest to generally just ignore the rest of the claimed sleep-details – but perhaps the T8Ultra gets it fairly right. In my experience the T8Classic was great at handling sleep, and so seems it successor the T8Ultra!

Durations right, details likely… It might have missed if I dozed off early on the third, as the H06 below says, I’m not sure…
But it is the clear winner of getting things what looks the most right.

The H06 also normally gets the durations right, though it missed the second half on the second here, details looks fairly likely…

It is good at the periods, though it can have some inaccuracies in the wake-up end.

One day completely missed, third way off, else durations right, details well just absurd!
R13
Packed down, so only the first two nights included
Duration reasonably right, details doubtful.
Result
Generally they do a fair to good handling of the overall sleep period.
Though the details of T8Ultra and the H06 both looks reasonable at first glance, they do not agree with each other…
But note that the T8Ultra got longer sleep periods first than at the end of the sleep, and that is very likely to be reality!
It also correctly detected on the second night that I did not get up when I woke up, but rested/rotated a bit.
It matches my experiences with the old T8Classic that they do a really good job on sleep.
BUT details are hard, and even sleep clinics struggle doing them, so really not a surprise these tiny devices do not nail it, though some certainly seems closer to reality than others.
